Cask 17A at Brouwer’s, this is a really interesting beer insofar as it’s all funky with very little sourness or tartness. Apart from being a very foreign flavor experience I thought it was quite enjoyable.

WSF. Mainly clear, dark amber-orange and flat. Mildly funky aroma is woody, with subdued apple and must. Dry and sweet at the same time. Flat, juicy, almost viscous palate One of the ones I liked the best, with lots of fruit peels, citrus rinds, and juice also. Excellent character.
