The flavor is the same, rich and sweet, but with a little funk. Hard to describe. notalush (2678), Denver, Colorado, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 20, 2008 [Cask 52] Poured a hazy golden color with a small ring of white bubbles, with no lacing on left on the glass. Aroma of sweaty feet, horseblanket, leather, brett, citrus, and green apple. Taste was sour, with citrus, brett, wood, a touch of vanilla, and a lingering sourness. The nose is mildly funky with some aged cheese and lemon peel. The flavor starts out with some tartness and old cheese. However it becomes less tart than anticipated and leans toward a grainy, almost nutty character. Still decent, I just wanted more prolonged sourness.
