(cork stampled 2007) No appreciable head present, but lots of bubbles making their way up from the bottom of the glass. Nice light golden body. Aroma is there, but nothing that really stands out as anything special. Apple flavor is really not pronounced as you consume it, but gets more pronounced in the aftertaste. Some residual sweetness as would be expected from something that is "demi-sec" All-in-all I’ve had better apple ciders elsewhere.

Dec 20, 2009 Bottle. Wood, smoke and yeast in aroma. Golden yellow colour. Sweet apple flavour with an intense dry wooden finish. Moderate carbonation. Enjoyable.

Nov 1, 2009 Bottle dated 2003. Opaque, and peach colored. Apricots, peaches, the aroma was really fresh for a bottle so old. A bit of cork adds to the fun. Still quite lively on the tongue after all these years. The taste was really interesting, a mix of apple seeds give it a bit of acidity, and the flavor is reminiscent of a good, homemade ice tea. I was expecting a lot more farmhouse flavors and for it to be drier, but I liked it.

Aug 16, 2009 Cork vintage stamped 2004; tasted August 16, 2009. First and foremost, the cork looks disgusting. Very worn, dark, nearly black, and the interior isn’t much better. Almost looks moldy. Thankfully, it seems to just make the clear golden liquid in the bottle smell that much more like an ancient stone cellar. Quite musty, honeyish and red apple skin. The high carbonation hits first, and doesn’t give up. Musty apple flavor. Lots of wood, cork, leather, earth, and slightly over-rippened apples. Sweeter than most Norman cider, but manages to still finish dry. Excellent. Bordelet is still underrated.

Jun 9, 2009 Bottle (75 cl) from Systembolaget. Deep golden, tiny brief white head. Slightly buttery green and yellow apple aroma with notes of wood and leather. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Fairly dry with a bit too much peel bitterness.

Label states "Sidre" instead of "Sydre"
Clear yellow color, small white head. Acidic, sweet, some butter scent. Acidic, apply, dryish taste. Medium mouthfeel; dry aftertaste, almost harsh. No bitterness, though some mouthpuckering, perhaps from apple seeds.

Mar 16, 2009 75 cl. botella, thanks Pinball. Clear bit pale golden colour. Sweet ripe apple aroma with a little rubber. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is pleasant with ripe apples, some rubber and a good sweetness.
