| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 8, 2009 This corked and caged bottled cider from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy fine to medium sized white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a transparent strongly carbonated orange colored body. The weak aroma was red apple. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a thickening aftertaste. The mild flavor contained notes of red apple. An OK brew just nothing special. JB175 (1664), Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 30, 2009 Nice orange color with good carbonation. Aroma of rustic apple skins with some nice sourness and wood. Flavor is surprisingly sweet with some apples, bitter/sour notes, and a woody finish. Not the best, but hard not to enjoy. ekstedt (2446), Göteborg, Sweden

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Apr 27, 2009 Golden-tan colour. Petillant. Fresh apple with a hint of mace or clove. Somewhat bland, sweetish. Not much nuance. Definitely a standard, mainstreamish French cider. Beershine (2754), Traipsing Around, Cambodia
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 25, 2009 Pours a medium saturated golden hue, straight from nature with lots of sparkling bubbles. Passive apple aroma, some more assertiveness would be appreciated but it’s nicely pure and has some must in the background. Has a cotton candy element to the aromas, in a good way. Softly carbonated. Very sweet cider, especially compared with the other Bordelets I’ve tried. Has a nice tannic finish but low acidity level. The apple flavors themselves are very nice, natural, and featured well. Too straightforwardly sweet for my palate but still drinkable. dkachur (2409), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 30, 2008 Corked and caged 750 mL bottle from Whole Foods Market
Charlottesville, VA. The cork is printed with both 2006 and
896/07. Pours a clear bright golden color with tons of
carbonation. Big frothy white head shows low head retention and
decent lacing. Very spritzy aroma with some funky barnyard notes
and of course, apples. Taste is sweet apples with a very light
olive-like funkiness. Carbonation is very soft. Very nice cider.
