| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 21, 2009 An impressive start, with a very nice nose, but the flavor is not so impressive, with an overly fizzy head and thin, short lived mouthfeel. Not bad, by any stretch, but not among the greats of the style. syton98 (44), USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 20, 2009 Nice dark color on the pour accompanied by a nice white head. Aroma was weak with slight hints of spice and dark fruits. Taste is malty with traces of cherry and caramel. For only 8% ABV you sure can taste the alcohol. Not a bad dubbel but thier are a lot of better ones. Bragesnak (2276), Aarhus, Denmark

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 4, 2009 Really a typical Dubbel, quite average as far as the style goes. Sweet malty aroma and flavor. Hints of yeast and dark fruit. All the flavors of a good Dubbel, just down scaled a little.
