| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 1, 2006 I enjoyed this beer bunches. One of the best heads I’ve seen out of a bottle (on pouring, crested over my 16oz glass) and although it settled, a quarter inch or so survived for duration. The odor was slightly musty but weak. The color was an awesome cloudy dark amber to brown. The mouthfeel was hearty with strong carbonation. The flavor was initially sweet but kept honest with a sourness. Enjoyable.
