Bottled. A fairly standard Belgian strong blonde - full body, sourness, well balanced. Some warming alcohol in the finish.

Pours a golden yellow with a small white head. Smells of citrus and flowers or pine. Alcohol is apparant on the tounge and is very dry/bitter. Medium body with lively carbonation.

I like this, surprised by the lower reviews... nice lingering bitterness, floral, fruity tones; i like the burst of complexity toward the finish, dried straw and tropical fruit somehow..?

Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a white head of big bubbles. Aromas of malt and fruit/citrus. Tastes of much more of the same. Clean finish but with some residule sour and slight metallicness.

Pours a hazy gold with large white head. Aroma was citrus, light fruit, lemon, sweet caramel malt, and a bit of spice. I must have got a bad bottle because the flavor was terrible and much different then the aroma. Tasted like bad sour apple and rotting fruit. Did not taste good at all.

Bottle. Metallic aroma. Golden colour, lively white head. Excited beer, hops. Dry beer with a tangy finish. Could be enjoyable in the summer but not my favourite.

Bottle. Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light hoppy, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (020208)

[Bottle, 2005 vintage] Hazy amber with huge white head. Sweet fruity aroma with yeasty notes. Sweet and spicy flavor with dominant alcohol and overripe fruit notes.
