The Bornem Triple (on draft) is a smooth drink with no excessive hoppyness or malt sweetness. The beer is balanced and a CLEAN finish.

OK. I think that this might be my first abbey tripel so... Pours yellow with a white head. For some reason every belgium beer I get always spews on me like it was a shaken coke or something. The flavor is OK. Malty, hoppy with a dry finish. I kinda thought it would be better considering it was a belgium beer. I drank this out of a tumbler because it don’t have and trappist glasses. I also drank it by myself instead of with my beer drinking friend because I didn’t want it to go bad. Good luck at Benning CIPS514!

Hazy gold with a large white head. Sour yeasty aroma. Sour alcoholic taste, spicy with a dry finish. Not the most exciting tripel.

330 ml bottle. birthday present from my wife. pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. lots of carbonation keeps the head rebuilding after every sip. big spicey, yeasty aromas. flavours are mostly yeast with some grassy hops at the end. a texbook example of a triple. enjoyable but not the best beer in this style.

More head than beer, this one was reminicient of what I expect beer and champagne tastes like mixed together. Odd flavor, but also very unique.

Poured a hazy yellow. Very carbonated which lead to a large head. Spicy beginning which leads to a very dry finish. Not really what I look for in a beer.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to light orange with a huge white head. Aroma is slight grassy, spiced yeasty. Flavour is not as sweet as other triples which is a nice thing. A more sharp spice note appears in this one, but also seems a bi grassy towards hoppy. Somewhat undefineable triple but nice spiced and dry.

pours clear golden, almost exact opposite of the double. nose is mild citrus, yeast, and spice. initial taste is crispy and pleasent.. but it soon finishes sour which lingers. fizzy, sour, dry, finish is too long, not balanced. 9% is good tho.
