Bottle. Yeasty, sour apple aroma. Cloudy with large flakes suspended in the pale fizzy ale. Has a light and refreshing tang which finishes with a mild hop bite.

Pours a really light yellow color. Cloudy with lots of carb and a big fluffy white head. Spicy and yeasty scent. Flavor is very spicey with that Belgian malt flavor and a dry aftertaste. Nothing special here.

Once again, the Belgians get rated a little bit more stringent. This tripel pours a clear yellow with the usual super active white head. The flavor is light oak, light yeast and a touch of the alcohol presence and burn. Nothing special here, maybe a beginner’s tripel.

Bottle. Pours a clear bubbly gold with a large diminishing foamy white head. Sweet aroma of yeast, fruit and spices. Fairly generic Tripel flavour, it’s fruity, spicy, a little boozy and has a touch of citrus. It’s also quite carbonated and a little watery. I wasn’t too impressed but it’s decent enough.

Bottle. Pours slightly cloudy honey orange with a fluffy white head. The aroma is very yeasty, with a bit of tree bark and some cheese. The flavor is yeast, lemon, sugar, and some very distant hops. Ok, but lacks the depth of a good Tripel.

Strong and sweet alcohol flavor and burn. Tastes more like a strong malt liquor. Not horrible, but not the greatest.

Pours a medium yellow color with a small amount of white head. Aroma is sweet, orangey, and caramel. Flavor is very very sweet and bananay. Overall, not that great.
