Pours yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is unremarkable. The only thing I gather is a sourness. Taste is slightly of apples, but there’s that sourness in the aftertaste. Not a beer I will seek out again.

Slightly reddish hazy golden, large frothy head, high carb. Spicy, winey fruits, wheaty tartness, candyish and peppery with pear and flowers. Flavour is a little toffeish rich, spicy apricot and apples, spicy sour dryness.

Lacking in depth and body for a true tripel, even though it’s brewed at tripel strength. Unusually bitter and dry, a bit harsh but still a recognizable Belgian.

nice huge pour of hazy yellow beer with poofy ’watch yourself’ white head. nose of apples and belgium yeast. mouth tingly on the tongue with a white beer character of spice and bananas , apples and honey. nice dry easy to drink beer with some well balanced flavors. couldnt detect 9 abv at all.

This is a lively carbonated beer unless mine was shook up while being put on the shelf. Opened the bottle and it started to bubble out like a bottle of champagne. Pour was a yellow body with big cloud like head. Aroma was of fermented fruit. Detected slight bitter spicy flavor with a somewhat dry finish. Never seen this before. On the bottom of the glass carbonation was funneling up like a volcano about to burst that big cloud head.

Bottle poured a cloudy gold with a big thick white head. Aroma of light fruits and lemon. Tangy fruity flavor with a bitter spicy finish.

Light gold coloring witha huge head. The aroma is peaches and nutmeg. Slghtly funky barnyard in the taste. Notes of overripe peaches, nutmeg spice and some slight soap. Finishes with a slightly sour tint of lemon peel zest. The body is thick and massive feeling in the mouth. This is a drier version of the style.

Low white head on a dark gold body. The flavour has hints of citrus fruits, but is too sour and alcoholic. This is not a beer I’d buy again.
