does not count Vyaches (6), qqq, Russia May 1, 2008 oh, it is really fizzy!!! when you uncap the bottle should be very careful! enormous white head, fruit sourish aroma, i had my first sip and you know it was undrinkable cause it was so high carbonated, but then after i waited for a while it would be ok with that. White wine- like rather sourish flavour, bitter fruity aftertaste. in spite of its strength it have smooth, unusual flavour! very interesting experience!
Bungalo22 (304), Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA Oct 5, 2008 Poured from the bottle into a snifter. Pours a light, see through yellow color with a big cloudy head. A pretty decent looking tripel. The taste has some citrus - lemon to me - and the alcohol shines through. It finished sweet but very smooth. Stefano (1014), Esbjerg, Denmark Sep 14, 2008 Draught at EBF 2008. Poured a slightly yellow colour with a large white head. Aroma of bananas and alcohol. The flavor was yeast, honey and light fruits with a spicy and slight hop aftertaste.
mikalooch (30), , New Jersey, USA Sep 13, 2008 Very light yellow color with a thin head that suprisingly stays around for a while. Aroma of molasses and corn syrup, very sweet with a hint of yeast. Tastes rather dull, seems to be missing something. From the aroma I expected it to be sweeter but tastes of bread and alcohol, finishes very bitter. Kind of thin in the mouth, very carbonated, a little bit to much. Not bad but not great. Felsenbrau (9), Middletown, Ohio, USA does not count Sep 9, 2008 Pours a hazy gold with one finger of persistent beige head and good lacing. Fruity aroma, taste of fruit (plum, orange) and alcohol. Nice flavor, good palate. Would buy again.
