Commercial Description:
Bh's Middelaldercenter leverer oplevelser!

Ceramic bottle, 18%. Quite cloudy orange colour, the bottom of the bottle. Good vinous aroma, sweet honey, wax and alcohol. Smells and tasted stronger than the noted ABV. Quite alcoholic flavour, some honey, though not too sweet. Citric aftertaste along with some bitterness and plenty of alcohol.

Bottle. [thank you, Yespr]
Pours a hazy yellow with no head. Aroma is alcoholic and sweet honey with light cinnamon. Oily mouthfeel with no carbonation. Flavour is sweet, sticky, very vinious and light spicyness. Not me, far too sweet and cloying.

Bottle. A light hazy dark golden Mead, with no head. The aroma and taste is heavy on the honey side, fruity, dried fruits and some spices. Medium body with a sweet light alcoholic finish. It is a bit thin.

Bottle. [Courtesy of yespr, quality tasting @ Papsoe] Spare to no head. Oily see-through like lacework. Light cloudy orange color. Hospital like aroma, nutty, fruity, raisin, honey, and mix of dried fruity notes. Full bodied with an alcoholic texture and a soft carbonation. Heavy sweet flavor, not much bitterness. Heavy sweet warming and lingering finish. 28-09-2007

(Ceramic bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy, pale amber - no head. Spicy, alcoholic nose. Very full-bodied and rather acidic fruit notes combined with pleasant honey notes. That tartness is really somewhat unusual but quite interesting. 180907

Cloudy golden color. Aroma of glue, ethanol, cherries in brandy, hence a bit fruity. Medium sweetness (for a Mead), with a very nice touch of sweet herbs (like the Alpine herbs), a bit spicy and fruity. At the end the alcohol is very warming. It reminds me some Alpine herbs liquors, a bit more honeyish. Very good.
