Jul 14, 2006 On tap at the brewpub on 4/27/06: Pours a slightly hazy copper bronze with a thin ring of white head. Sweet toasty sugary malty German aroma has a touch of esters and lager yeast. Body starts with a nice German malty pale sweetness, well-balanced with some floral noble hops. Fairly authentic and enjoyable.

May 2, 2006 Draft @ Bo’s: Pretty hazy copper color with a white head. Sweet caramel aroma with a light fruitiness. Sweet malty flavor with a good amount of caramel. Yeasty with clovey phenols. Malty finish and a medium body.
