Commercial Description:
This light bodied, light flavored beer is brewed with a little over 40% wheat malt. The wheat malt lightens the body and creates the perfect beer to sip while enjoying the view of the Arkansas River from our comfortable patio.

Tap at Boscos. Hazy yellow with a medium white head. Weak aroma of friut, something musty and something completely alien to my nose. Citrus (just a hint) and peanut flavor. Weak and bland overall. C-

Draught at Boscos Hillsboro Village. Pours hazy yellow with an average, frothy, white head, diminishing with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (grain, meal, hop), light hop (grass), average yeast (sweat) with notes of orange and dust. Light bodied, thin texture, light carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.

Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a white head. Aroma is malty, vanilla, some wheat, and a slight earthy note. Flavor is what, vanilla, and a dry slightly bitter finish.

Minimal aroma but liked pretty good for a wheat beer. Was expecting more cloudiness but maybe I don’t fully understand the beauty or the make up of these summer wonders.

Draft at Nashville. Pours a very pale straw gold with a white head. Faint spicy hop aroma and not much malt detected. Body is light with average carbonation. The malt base is very mild, as the spicy hops dominate this beer. Crisp and clean finish. Very solid light and refreshing american wheat. However, I am not a fan of this style. I would prefer to have a tad more malt and residual sweetness.

On tap at Boscos. Not much nose but nothing unpleasant. A clean golden pour. A bit of the wheat/fruit that I get from most wheats. A dry drinking finish with a hint of sweet and a tad of bitter. The palate was solid for a wheat not over carbonated not really thin. A crisp clean drinker that is refreshing and clean. A seasonal I would recommend that everyone try a full pint of.

Nashville. Foggy sunshine yellow with snow white foam. Grape and bublegum nose. Weak fruity flavor with disgusting sour dumpster notes. Slightly bitter. Interesting toothsome, sandy palate. Very BMC-ish.
