Commercial Description:
This light bodied, light flavored beer is brewed with a little over 40% wheat malt. The wheat malt lightens the body and creates the perfect beer to sip while enjoying the view of the Arkansas River from our comfortable patio.

Slightly citrus aroma. Fairly light flavor of citrus and wheat. Refreshing, but nothing special I would say.

-Aroma: Soft nose (a tad on the weak side) -Appearance: Standard unfiltered look with a bronze tint -Flavor: Soft hints of citrus/fruit (little too soft for my desires) with a nice pitch of wheat -Palate: Crisp and refreshing Overall Impression: Not great but not bad.

I really couldn’t tell several of their summer beers apart. All were pale gold and only varied in slight shades. This one was in the middle. It’s lightly sweet with a good straw wheat. Not very bitter. Crisp. Refreshing. No esters. Low fruit. It’s pretty pleasing and easy to drink, but would get boring in a hurry.

Cloudy orange, no head. Citrus, hoppy aroma. very sweet, with a hint of maybe pineapple and pear, some touches of a medcinal flavor. Kinda heavy for a wheat.

On tap in Nashville - Medium yellow with a small rocky head. Fair lacing. Filtered. Light aroma with hints of flowers, lemon, apple and dough. Initial flavor hints of citrus and then some spicy notes appear later. Fizzy and dry mouthfeel. Good balance, not very complex, easy drinking wheat ale.
