| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 27, 2004 I really couldn’t tell several of their summer beers apart. All were pale gold and only varied in slight shades. This one was in the middle. It’s lightly sweet with a good straw wheat. Not very bitter. Crisp. Refreshing. No esters. Low fruit. It’s pretty pleasing and easy to drink, but would get boring in a hurry. decaturstevo (2010), decatur, Tennessee, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 10, 2007 On tap at Boscos. Not much nose but nothing unpleasant. A clean golden pour. A bit of the wheat/fruit that I get from most wheats. A dry drinking finish with a hint of sweet and a tad of bitter. The palate was solid for a wheat not over carbonated not really thin. A crisp clean drinker that is refreshing and clean. A seasonal I would recommend that everyone try a full pint of. Kevin (1918), Colorado, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 13, 2007 Draft at Nashville. Pours a very pale straw gold with a white head. Faint spicy hop aroma and not much malt detected. Body is light with average carbonation. The malt base is very mild, as the spicy hops dominate this beer. Crisp and clean finish. Very solid light and refreshing american wheat. However, I am not a fan of this style. I would prefer to have a tad more malt and residual sweetness. lithy (1800), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
