Draught in Memphis. Pours amber with a tall foamy off-white head and spotty lacing. Aroma is yeast (grass) and malt (grain, meal, corn) with some fruity hop notes. Heavy bitter, medium acidity and pine rind hops, caramel grainy malt, hay, straw, and grass flavors. Medium bodied and crisp palate, lasting flavor.

Pours a light brown amber with a medium head, decent lacing. The hops aren't crazy like some IPA's, which makes it easy to drink. On my scale of IPA's, it still falls to the below average category.

On tap in Nashville - Orange hue with a small not lasting head. Complex aroma; moderate roasted malty hints of grain. Moderate perfumey pine hoppy nose and a final hint of vanilla. Initial slighty fruity and lightly bitter taste. Turned more bitter on the the finish. Sweeter than the cask-conditioned Bombay IPA.

From a sampler: Orangish-amber color with a medium off-white head. Some lacing hangs around throughout the glass. Pleasant floral hops aroma. The flavor is more mellow than the Bombay IPA, and made it less interesting to me. The maltier character made for a smooth finish. Decent but not really memorable.
