Aug 25, 2008 On tap in Nashville. Poured a gold color with a small white head. Aroma of bread, yeast and some caramel. Flavor was malty with a good hop bite on the end. Good.

May 29, 2008 Pale golden color with a thin head. Slightly bitter in the taste with hops, malts, wheat. Smell is a touch of hops, caramel, malts. Light and smooth.

May 12, 2008 Interesting beer. Nice subtle flavor in a beer that’s very drinkable. It’s light for my taste, but I tried for the novelty. I give them credit for trying to produce something unique.

May 1, 2008 Draft. Golden color with acidic thin aroma. Taste is acidic and of roasted shipping peanuts. I don’t know what else to say. This wasn’t very exciting.

Jan 31, 2008 Nice deep copper beer with little aroma. Has a nice sweet malty flavor that to my mind has a rounder, smoother caramel flavor such as from decoction mashing rather than caramel malts. Better than I recall.

Dec 21, 2007 (Tap) Pours a golden color with a medium white head. Aroma of cereal grains and caramel malts. Taste included interesting caramel notes, with subtle grassy hop notes as well. Good body and mouthfeel for the style. This is my first ’stone beer’, and I have to say I was impressed. For a light beer, this is one of the best I have had.
