Sep 6, 2007 Draft sample at SBGF07. Poured a clear amber color with a moderate fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus hoppy aroma. Medium body. Medium balanced flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

May 8, 2007 Not much aroma to speak of. Sweet mouthfeel with some mild caramel malt notes. Not a bad beer but nothing special.

Feb 24, 2007 On tap at Memphis: Not sure what to make of this; everything is so dialed down in it and very subtle. The biggest problem I had with it was a suggestion of corn that I found unpleasant.

Jan 7, 2007 An an amazing light bodied hefe stone beer with these amazing notes of carmel and toffee. I throughly enjoyed this the pub also had a great IPA on tap as well. Page 69 of Michael Jackson’s Great Beer Guide only 457 of his 500 Classic Brews to go.
