Draft sample at SBGF07. Poured a clear amber color with a moderate fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus hoppy aroma. Medium body. Medium balanced flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

ick. syrupy oily mouthfeel with thick honey, some lemon, and litterally stones. like i’m sucking on my driveway. some carmel makes it bareable but it was so weird to taste that metallic iron flavor...

Not much aroma to speak of. Sweet mouthfeel with some mild caramel malt notes. Not a bad beer but nothing special.

On tap at Memphis: Not sure what to make of this; everything is so dialed down in it and very subtle. The biggest problem I had with it was a suggestion of corn that I found unpleasant.

An an amazing light bodied hefe stone beer with these amazing notes of carmel and toffee. I throughly enjoyed this the pub also had a great IPA on tap as well. Page 69 of Michael Jackson’s Great Beer Guide only 457 of his 500 Classic Brews to go.
