Crystal clear apple juice body with white head. Aroma is moderately sweet and carmel, as is the taste. Fairly clean light-medium body. Pleasant but not much to it.

Draft sample at SBGF07. Poured a clear amber color with a moderate fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus hoppy aroma. Medium body. Medium balanced flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

Mild, sweet, grainy malt aroma. Clear blonde body with a decent covering of fine bubbled white head that lasts well. Mild flavour offers a gentle sweet maltiness and light bitterness that balance well. Fairly simple, clean and straight-forward. Light body with strong, crisp carbonation that is effervescent in the mouth. Sampled at GABF 2005.

New rating for Little Rock. Gave it the same rating, a nice drinkable brew. On tap at the Nashville brewpub. The body was medium yellow with little head. The aroma was sweet strawberries with flowers. There was also a hint of iced tea. The taste was malty with toffee and some orange rind bitterness. The taste was a bit of grass with a fresh cut character. This was nice and smooth with a smooth thin body.

Quite disappointing, I really was looking forward to drink this. Appearance was nice but the over sweet taste was not balanced. Even worse, it seem it linger on the tongue way too long. Had to use some water the refresh my palate. Boscos make better.
