Poured an amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is of malt. Flavor is slightly bitter with a sweet finish. Good beer. My least favorite of the night though.

Amber off white head and lace. Sweet light malt on the nose. Nice bitter with a light brown sugar flavor. Medium bodied but just a tad watery. Very nice beer the bitter was a pleasant surprise. Solid and refreshing.

Reddish color, clear, and has a decent head. Smell is toasty, malts, and a little wheat. Taste is the same as the smell. Palate is a little light for me . Missing something.

Medium cinnamon brown, thin filmy head. American brown ale aroma. Medium cocoa, medium heavy bittering makes this a brown ale. Saaz hopping perhaps, but not very German tasting. Still, pretty clean drinking though a bit muddled. Medium body.

Just like I remember in the old Saddle Creek days. Should be on the regular menu vs. occasional treat for all to enjoy.

Nashville. Orange-copper with a lasting head. Faint aromas of white breadcrust and plum. Toasty, buttery, and honey/molasses flavors. Finishes dry with a clean bitterness, followed by a lactic cottage cheese and metallic aftertaste. Medium-light palate.
