Tasted on tap at Nashville Brewpub. This alt pours a medium amber color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is caramel malts, a touch of ice tea and fairly sweet. A medium bodied alt beer. Malts are caramel, ice tea and toffee, not very sweet. Hops are mild and earthy. Malty without being overly sweet, Good balance. Smooth tasting alt. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

This was a rich copper ed beer with an off white head. The arroma was sweet Snickers bars with toffee. The taste was subtle toffee with some iced tea. There was also a hint of Granny SMith apples. I like the style, but have had better.

Nashville. Translucent, magnifying copper bronze in color with a triangle-shaped saliva wisp to barely form a head. Honeyed bread and lightly intonated brown sugar greet the nose, pursued by crushed chocolate malt grains, granulated and distant toffee, grain sacks and burlap bags. Chocolate and caramel stream in, bordering an astringent disqualification but successfully steering clear. Toffee meets cocoa wheat dinner rolls. Light to medium bodied and perhaps a smidgeon too much of a bite. Cleanly mouth feel with syrupy caramel at the cusps. An honest rendition.

Draft at Brewpub. Pours hazy amber with white head. Aroma is faint, but has some notes of bread, nuts, and caramel. Somewhat earthy flavor of nuts and caramel balanced by a mild spicy and herbl hop profile. Body is on the light side of medium. A very easy to drink session beer.

Tap. Clouded amber body with a nice gray white head. Aroma is nutty. Taste is foamy on my tongue with a seltzer and lemon flavor. Enjoyable. The caramel lingers nicely. Ap-4 ar-5 tas-6 pal-3 ov-14

Very mild, malty, grainy aroma. Clear, light brown body with a decent, fine bubbled, off white head that recedes to a generous cover with some lacing. Round, brown malt flavour is lightly grainy in character with some herbal, grassy hop flavours and light finishing bitterness. Light body with assertive carbonation that engages the mouth. Sampled at GABF 2005.

nashville. Medium color. Nothing special, but it had a wicked hoppy aftertaste. Sweet at first, but then tastes like feet.

On tap in Nashville. Dark coppery color that was nifty to look at. It was good, but not a lot of flavor. There was a mildly hoppy aftertaste.
