Clear nut-brown body with beige head. Aroma is medium sweet, caramel. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, some chocolate, lightly nutty. Light-medium body, hint of stickiness. Very drinkable.

Rocky, frothy off-white head covers a hazy copper body. Caramel is the first noticeable aroma for me, but it is quickly accompanied by fresh cereals, bready earthiness and leafy herbs. Palate is rather thin, flavours pretty short and the texture watery and airy, so combined with the hard to smell aroma, it is still a feather weight.

Very mild, malty, grainy aroma. Clear, light brown body with a decent, fine bubbled, off white head that recedes to a generous cover with some lacing. Round, brown malt flavour is lightly grainy in character with some herbal, grassy hop flavours and light finishing bitterness. Light body with assertive carbonation that engages the mouth. Sampled at GABF 2005.

This was a rich copper ed beer with an off white head. The arroma was sweet Snickers bars with toffee. The taste was subtle toffee with some iced tea. There was also a hint of Granny SMith apples. I like the style, but have had better.

On tap in Nashville - Dark amber, little head, thin-bodied. Snappy hop/malt aroma. Taste is similiar with the hop presence lingering on the palate. A refreshing beer, a hard style to find in the USA.

Tasted on tap at Nashville Brewpub. This alt pours a medium amber color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is caramel malts, a touch of ice tea and fairly sweet. A medium bodied alt beer. Malts are caramel, ice tea and toffee, not very sweet. Hops are mild and earthy. Malty without being overly sweet, Good balance. Smooth tasting alt. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
