Jun 26, 2006 Nashville. Opaque grayish taupe-y yellow, almost no foam. Banana, baby powder, and plasticy bandaid phenol aromas. Tastes of water with lemon, flour, paper. Very low carbonation. Watery and pastey in the mouth.

May 25, 2006 On tap at the Little Rock location. smells like a banana split. like drinking a banana with cloves stuck in it. ridiculously hefe-like. almost cartoon-like in its hefeness. some lacing. hefe people would love this. Of the group, my guess is this is the one beer at Boscos that is most outstanding in its beer category. It is gutsy, in my opinion, to have your lone
wheat beer be this one in a world of popsicle flavor wheat beers. This is a loud, bold, hefe.

Dec 18, 2005 Draught in Nashville at Boscos. Pours cloudy yellow with a white film and edgy head. Yeast and wheat, banana and clove aroma with citrus hop nose. Sour, sweaty yeast (leather) and light malt (grain) flavor with a lightly acidic citrus hop finish. Light bodied and fizzy.

Nov 22, 2005 A nice lemony, yeasty hefeweizen with a hazy yellow appearance. Nice overall with a slightly overly carbonated mouthfeel. Nice.
