Commercial Description:
Tennessee’s Original Pub Brewed Beer! This was the first beer Boscos brewed when we opened Tennessee’s Original Brew Pub in 1992. Light and refreshing, the delicate malt body of this beer is balanced by the crisp flavor of Crystal hops (O.G. 1.042, I.B.U. 14).

On tap at Memphis brewpub. Pours clear light yellow gold with white head. Aroma is grainy with corn and grass. Flavor is corn and grain with of vanilla maybe. Very light on palate. Rather boring beer but good for your average light macro drinker I guess.

On tap at the brewery in Franklin. Light pils color. Aroma is candy/corn. Very creamy/smooth texture. Creamy pils taste and goes down easy. Slight hints of corn. Pretty decent.

Not even like cream soda. More like a light beer with water and a hint of vanilla. Not recommended.

Draft at Boscos Squared. Poured clear amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate sweet grainy aroma. Light to medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Light to medium sweet creamy flavor with a light to medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Drinkable smooth brew.

Sampled at Schlafly Repeal of Prohibition festival. Pours golden / orange with a small off-white head. The aroma has lightly toasted malt and cream. The body is light and watery with minimal carbonation. The flavor is watery with some diacetyl, cream and pepper. Not very good to me.

A golden beer that is just a bit darker in color than most pale lagers. A small off white head. Aroma is grain. It does have a smooth creamy feel. Caramel, floral flavor. Grain, rye. A tart aftertaste with grain. Decent beer.
