Poured a lighter golden/yellow color with a small sized white head. Aromas of grass and rotten vegetables. Tastes was the same with a light sweet maltiness. Body on the thinner side.

Probably cornier than the other mocnes that I’ve enjoyed. Bright yellow with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is corny with some bready malt, alcohol, and a sharp grassy bitterness. Surprizingly light bodied. A bit too sweet to my taste buds - too much corn syrup - and the nose-promised bitterness falls short. Drinkable, but I’ll stick with my Zaibo.

From bad to worse tonight. Light golden color with a diminished white head. Aromas of burnt paper, grits and cheap rice wine. Scorched rice invade the tongue. A woody bitterness takes over slightly. I really cannot continue. Bland with a significant bad overtone.

Bottle: Amber color, light head and lacing. Nose of light skunk, vegetal fermented rice and sweet malt. The flavor is chewy, strong banana and sweet rice notes along with the alcohol. Good as far as strong lagers go, but the sweet ricey overtones are annoying after a while.

500 ml. 8.1% bottle labeled "Boss Beer". Something of a sweet corn aroma. Nice gold color, deeper than Bud. Flavor is not much; more sweet corn? Medium mouthfeel with gentle carbonation - tiny bubbles. Finish with little hop, but alcohol is detectable. It’s not bad, it’s just more or less nothing. Very drinkable, until the finish arrives. Then the taste is more alcohol. A bit puckery. I don’t get it.

500mL bottle. Poured clear lighter golden with a quickly-receding cap of white head. Aroma was of wet hay, not-so-pleasant corn, honey, and other ugly stuff. Corn syrup, honey, and some sort of alcoholl-ey fuel in the flavor department.. came across as a very poor malt liquor... lighter-body with a sticky, nasty finish with honey, corn, and alcohol. This was about 3 levels of suck beyond what I had hoped for. Blech.

Bottle 500 ml
Appearance: Golden brew with light hint of amber in it. Small white top.
Nose : Semi clean malt oriented aroma, light hint of fruitiness and somewhat drying alcohol. 5-
Flavor/Palate : Grainy with wheat like accents, even bits of rye found. Fruity front, slightly chewy in texture. Light hint of hops. One step above average mocne.

Pours clear amber with a small white head. The flavor is much nicer then the aroma, light smoked flavor to the finish that gives it some character. Nose of cheap macro brew, corny, faint caramel and bread. The light smoked flavor in the finish helped cover up some of the bland flavors and gave it some character. Still overall felt like they were going for the higher ABV above taste.
