This bock pours a deep amber color from a 500ml bottle. A quickly dissipating small sized white foamy head. The aroma is nutty, caramel and sweet. Light to medium bodied bock. The malts are nutty and a touch fruity, hints of chocolate and toffee. The hops are very mild, slightly earthy, Light and refreshing. The carbonation is nearly non-existent, which kind of detracts from the flavor. There is a kind of sugary apple juice like quality noticeable at the finish. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is sweet.

500ml bottle from Old World Deli. Sweet & nutty aroma. Dark brown with thin light brown head which disappears fast. Lively medium palate, coffee, semi-sweet consistent flavor… very drinkable. Flavor not overpowering. Malty taste lingers on after drinking this one.

lots of rich chocolate and toasted bread in the nose. lightish body with only a bit texture. chocolate dominates the grain side, but they are in ample supply.

bottle labeled boss kozlak (bock beer) 6% poured into a snifter has a chestnut brown color with minimal carbination and a thin head of tan froth. aroma is sweet, cherry, dark fruit, malt, and some alcohol. mouth feel is on the lighter side with sticky sweetness. favor is on the weaker side, malt with some dark fruit, no hops here at all, finish just falls off completely with nothing to back it up. smell is a lot better than the contents.

Ruby red/brown color, big frothy tannish head. Big carbonation. Aroma is fruity and sweet with just an hint of dough in the background. Flavor is very watery with just a hint of fruit and then an abrupt finish. Thin to medium body. The aroma of this one suggests a better brew than provided.

Fruity yeast and malts in the aroma with some alcohol smell. Dark amber color with a small tan head. Flavor is initially caramel then developing a walnut taste, mellowing in the finish.

Poured a clear dark golden brown color with a small beige head. The aroma was malty sweet with notes of toffee and raisins. Fruity. The flavor was malty with dark fruity notes and raisins in the middle. Mild bitter finish.
