Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, toffee, butter, earth, light to moderate hoppy, dry grass. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091002]

Oct 11, 2009 A clear golden colored beer, with a thick foamy white head. It disappears quickly. The aroma of caramel, some fruits and vanilla. the taste is dry a little bitter, sweet fruits, a little citrus and orange. At all a little watery. The aftertaste is sweet moving over to a little bitter.

Sep 16, 2009 Great surprise! Pours golden, with thick white head. Enjoyable hoppy aroma and full, grainy taste with significant bitterness in finish. Very solid and drinkable.

appearance - amber colour body and "no head"- head - pours white and disappeares after 5 sec.
aroma - mead, nuts, apple, sweetness
taste - rather sweet, lemonade taste, fresh water and bare foot walk on dewy grass on summer morning and a bit tangy at the end as if the walk was too long and the feet are cold
palate - bit carbonation and medium-bodied
