bottle, brought to me by Ludwig. Clear yellow colour, large and persistent white head, quite creamy. Hoppy nose. Shy malty background, hoppy flavours with a dusty touch that add a pleasant hoppy bitterness. Well-balanced and interesting Pilsener with a Northern German touch, perhaps due to the dry mouthfeel and shy maltyness.
