From the bottle thanks to batkins. Pours a light gold with a fizzy white head. Apricot fruitiness with a nice carbonation that really gave it a nice spicing in the finsih. Crisp and mild dry finish.

Pours a nice yellow, wispy color. Nice yeasty and spicey aroma. Crisp taste, hides the 7.5% very well. Not bad at all.

33cl. Pours nearly-clear golden/light amber. Huge white bubbly head that wanders away pretty quickly. Big green apple/cherry nose with decent wild funk afoot as well. Lots of yeasty sediment; not much in the way of rising carb. Crisp attack and nicely defined flavor throughout the palate--more of those green apples and cherries. A subdued whisper of herbal hop at the finish. Very carefully organized, refreshing, and drinkable beer.

This beer pours a straw colored yellow with a thick fluffy head and good lacing with active carbonation and visible floaties. The aroma is barnyardy leather with hints of acetone, cloves and cilantro. Mouthfeel is somewhat funky, almost cheese-like, Lemon, bread and leather are the dominant flavors with hay and wheat grass comprising the rest. Those floaties definitely do their job. Somewhat tart and heavily carbonation. Good mouthfeel, betters as it warms, Orange perhaps as well?

From 750mL Bottle. Pours a ripe, transparent banana skin yellow with a tall, soapy white head. Aromas of wheat and southern corn bread waft from beneath the banana yeasty spice. A touch of lightly sour funk and clove spice builds on the yeasty dimensions. Medium bodied, richly carbonated mouthfeel initially, but the finish is a little bit thin. Loads of yeast pile up on the tongue, along with some wheaty flavors and a touch of sour lemon. Almost a bit of a metallic flavor coming out in the finish. Very yeasty and a bit grainy overall; nice spiciness, but could use a bit more hop bitterness for balance and extra character.

Flaxen appearance with a foamy head and stringy lace. Dry and dusty with some grassy hopes. Sour citrus in the form of lemons. Doughy and yeasty notes as well. The citrus comes out more abundantly in the flavors. Floral hops and there is a little bit of heat as the alcohol comes out. The palate is rather dusty with a dry bite at the tail.

Hazy orange color with a thin white head and some chunks floating about. Aroma of spice and yeast. Sweet lightly spiced flavor with a yeasty light banana edge.
