750ml Bottle into glass. Pours a beautiful and hazy amber brown with a tan head. Aroma tends to be sweet with malt, and yeasty, while also pushing a very nice banana note. Taste brings out many flavors, including spices of cinnamon, banana, figs, and also sweet malt and a TINY bit of bitterness towards the finish. Moving into a more sugary sweet finish, this brew does not seem like 11.5% ABV one bit! A wonderful brew done by the late Far West Brewry for us here at Bottleworks, Seattle!

Thanks to Dark Elf for this one. Pours out a hazy brownish color with a very small off white head with some nice lacing. Aroma is fruity with some yeast notes. Taste is complex with some nice notes of bannana, fig and some sugary and yeasty notes. Solid beer.

The quad pours a slightly cloudy brown color from a 750ml bottle. Medium to large sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and sweet. A medium to full bodied quad. Malts are fruity and sweet. Lots of fruits, dates and figs flavors. Brown sugar and banana. Touch of bread. Lively bright yeasts. Lots of sugars. Very smooth taste. Hides the alcohol very well. Sip and enjoy this one. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet.

Poured a hazy brown color with a small, light tan head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of nuts, caramel malts, spices and maple syrup. Taste of caramel malts, some roast, citrus fruits, light chocolate, nuts, and faint alcohol as well. Heavy carbonation in this one.

Dark copper color with a towering head. Immense aroma of cloves, banana and sweet malt. Interesting taste that blends some dry malt with a sticky sweet maple syrup. I think the sugar added didn’t ferment out very much, or at least left a lot behind. Certainly sweet finish. Does not seem like 11.5% at all.
