12 oz stubby. Pale yellow with lots of floaties and a thick white head. Aroma is of pale malt, apple, peach, sweat, clove, and some lingering yeastiness. Some faint orange citrus and coriander. Flavour is citrusy, slightly sweet with coriander, light yeasty and wheaty spice. Well-balanced, finishing with more light fruitiness and spice.

Dusty golden body under a thin white head. Yeasty aroma - sugar cookies and leafy hops. I like the sweetness in the aroma. Same sugar cookie base but with orange rind and bitter stem hops. Yeasty smoothness. Touch of gin alcohol in the finish.

Bottled on 2004. Thanks Chuck! The appearance is a fully lasting creamy white head atop a caramel colored body with tiny particles and some slow carbonation. The aroma is very much a tripel. Wheat, floral, banana, cloves, apple, and caramel. The flavor is wheat, banana, sour fruits, nut bread. The palate is subdued, good carbonation, light mouthfeel. Not bad.

botl’d 2004 light golden w/ an overflowing white head that laces well and has nice signs of carbonation. Smells a bit doughy hints of bannana and other fruits. Palate is lightly creamy coats pretty well and is well carbonated. The flavor is very sweet lots of sweet fruity malts.. bannana bread and other dry sugars dominate the flavor.. a bit warming in the finish so the alcohol shows through.

Nose is creamy and bananas, with a cherry flavor, among other fruit like notes. The palate goes empty at the end, really drops off... overall this one is very sweet, with a light fruity and grassy lemon and wheat character, tough to notice the high alcohol. Banana nut bread becomes the dominant smell and taste as it warms, which is quite nice. Creamy, light, delicious.

Nice slightly hazy golden color and a thin head on top. Nose is very belgian, sweet, sugary, furity; banana and a bit of citrus, and a subtle hint of clove. Flavor is well balanced between a decent hop flavor and a rather full bodied sweet malt taste. Quite an enjoyabe brew.
