This is a darn fine looking brew.Golden amber with a fat layer of white foam.Nose is heavy on the yeast and even a little sour.I was expecting some fruit but not here.Taste like this might be just a little off.It isn’t bad, just a little sour and it seems to be covering all the rest of what was or should be there.

(Bottle) Pours a hazy yellow with many white floaties and a medium white head. Spicy yeast aroma with florals and bread. Flavor of spicy yeast. Lightly acidic finish.

Yellow gold with a large frothy, white head. Good lacing and carbonation. Dry and dusty aroma. Cobwebby almost. Doughy or yeasty with some lemon citrus. Warm biscuits as well. Spicy flavor with a large dollop of honey. Biscuits again followed by bitter spikes of hops. The palate is sharp and dry. Medium bodied that finishes with more honey and bitter with alcohol rearing up.

Bottle 330ml: Honey hued with small floaties that produced a nice creamy head and very good lacing. The aroma has notes of apricots, candy apple, herbal, floral hops, dusty yeast esters, and a splash of clove. The taste starts fruity sweet and spicy. A noticeable vein of vegetable off-taste (DMS?) runs through and subdued any lighter complexities the beer could have offered. Yeasty and dry finish. The feel is crisp enough and the alcohol does show up till the end. Overall, it is quaffable but leaves one with feeling of wanting more

Beer is honey colored with well retained egg white head. Aroma is light, effervescent, yeasty, and fruity. Flavor is yeasty and a bit sour. An enjoyable, not great, tripel.

Light yellow with a good white head. Bubblegum, clove, and intriguing other elements in the aroma. The flavor is bounding with interest as well, including some pepper twangs. Bubbly but not in an aggressive way. While I still haven’t been sold on the idea that a tripel is a true pinnacle among beer styles, this is plenty nice to drink.

Bright yellow with particles. Moderate carbonation under a small head. Nose of calm citrus & alcohol with some belgianesque qualities, some esters. A bit of sweetness & sulfer are present. The flavor is fizzy & good. Well rounded & creamy for the style. Finishes tart with a bit of hops glimmering through.

330 ml bottle disgorged into the mouths of MartinT, tiggmtl, Rastacouere and yours truly. Bight amber, decent lasting head...cereal-buttery nose is quite nondescript and boring...sweet and herbal on the tongue, touch of orange, moderate body...I didn’t find it as vegetal as the others did, but certainly an unexceptional tripel.
