Aug 21, 2009 (Bottled) Very clear, dark red with a small but firm, tanned and lightly lacy head. Aroma is very soapy with berries and hints of acidity. Soapy, sour and acidic flavor with smoky hints - I’m pretty sure this is not what it’s supposed to be. Medium body with slightly sharp acidity and medium carbonation. Quite bad; probably infected, but definitely not very enjoyable.
