Bottle 33cl. at home.
Clear light to medium yellow orange amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate yeasty, notes of dark honey. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [150908]

Courtesy of Fonefan. It’s a hazy golden beer with a huge, white and creamy head. The aroma is subdued with notes of malt, fruit and hints of honey. The flavour has sweetness, notes of malt, caramel, candy sugar, light honey, malt, yeast, fruit and light alcohol. David loved the label.

Hazy amber color, with white head. Aroma malts, fruits, spice, and bit yeast. Medium body. Taste malts, bit caramel, spices and fruits, some yeast. Not bad.

Bottled@Fonefan. Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is hops, fruits and some mild sour wooden notes. Flavour is fruits, wood and some mild yestyness as well as burnt sugar. With the yeast put in, this loses it’s character.

Huge fluffy head, as whipped eggwhite, very persistent over (cold)hazy copperish beer. Malts, coloured malts and a cheesy aroma; later aromatic malts, faint hops and probably white candi sugar. Slightly vegetal, malty, human sweet, caramel flavours. Palate, however, is sourish, slightly fruity. Medium bodied, slick. Spritzy MF. Decent. "Bruine Beer" translates to "Bière Ambrée"??? HEIN?

Bottled at Delirium, Gothenburg. Hazy orange beer with a white head. The beer volcanoed out of the bottle. Spices, honey and sugar in the aroma. The flavor is slightly sour, with honey, sugar and hops. Astringent mouthfeel and a bitter finish with both sour and sweet elements. (060824)
