Nov 29, 2009 9th September 2008. Made with Orval yeast, hemp grains and herbs. Cloudy yellow beer. Low carbonation. No trace of sweet anything but also not bitter. Odd taste - tangy herbs. Very dry finish. Unusual but just plain hard work!

Oct 21, 2009 Unclear golden with a huge white rough head. Aroma had yeasty and fruity notes. Flavour was sweet with malt, yeast and fruity notes. Finished sweet.

Oct 21, 2009 Bottled. An unclear light golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of citrus, malt, yeast, and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of hemp, spices, and citrus, as well as light notes of malt, leading to a light dry finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

Oct 21, 2009 Bottle, 6%. OK spicy and citric aroma, perhaps a bit of earth like some lambieks. Cloudy yellow colour. Very small white head. Good citric flavour, a bit of watery fruit and a hint of lambiek earthiness. The flavour is a bit thin, though. High carbonation.

Oct 11, 2008 Hazy blond coloured beer with some light carbonation and a large white head. Very herby, light fruity aroma with a full, light sprankling palate. Finish is bitter hoppy, light fruity with some light herby touches. Not bad.
