Deep golden colour. The head sizzles and disappears instantly. Apple juice aroma. Tastes like old winter apples. Somewhat fizzy. Somewhat dry on the gums. Drinkable but not very exciting.

Jan 30, 2008 Bottled, 750ml. Carbonated brown gold with no head. Carbonated apple juice with just hints of alcohol, sweetish despite the Brut tag, but a reasonable enough table cider. Fresh with a late touch of skinny sourness. It’s ok.

Jan 26, 2008 0.75 l bottle at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. Copper color. The aromas of old apple reminiscent of Tokaji wines. Old ripe apple, wood and apple skin flavor. Some sweetness and mild acidity. Balanced and pleasant.

Sep 3, 2007 750ml. nose is really mothy and dusty apples. flavor is sweet green apples throughout the profile. finish is clean but too sweet. not a good cider at all.
