Boutip (1769), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada Aug 15, 2006 Bottle: Poured a dirty yellow color cider that is really hazy. Sparkling is medium and enjoyable for the style. Taste is a well balance mix between sweet apple (but not overly sweet) with a light refreshing semi-dry finish. Very nice and refreshing cider that does wonder as an aperitif and for the wife who cannot drink too much because of breastfeeding duty right now. CapFlu (3292), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Aug 18, 2005 (750ml bottle) Purchased at the SAQ Casino in Gatineau, QC. Pours a clear and fizzy golden body. Nose is very sweet and crisp. I love the mix of the champagne style ciders with low alcohol - there is so much more cider flavour. This mix has much of the quality of La Grande Tentation with a crisp, sweet yet tart apple swirling on the roof of ones mouth. I especially like the price and ABV blalance - at $8.70 and the 2%ABV I can enjoy the whole bottle peacefully on my own.
