It pours a clear brown with 1/2" or so of white head. Minimal lacing, and a mild chocolate malt aroma. Flavors include smooth mild chocolate, some caramel, and a bit of a nutty taste. There’s a nice little hop presence in the finish, and some nutty hoppy black tea bitterness in the aftertaste. Almost medium bodied, moderately carbonated, pretty smooth and tasty stuff.

Not much of an aroma. It poured nut brown, not much of a head. It was carbonated but had a flat metalic taste.

Nitro draught. Pours nut brown with a medium creamy tan head and excellent thick creamy lacing. Chocolate caramel malt and maple fruit aroma. Sweet chocolate and caramel yeast (sweat) flavor with an acidic bitter finish. Medium bodied and creamy palate.

Draft @ Old Chicago Palm Harbor

Poured a dark brown body with borders of amber. The aroma is somewhat nutty but mostly a nice dose of toffee and chocolate malt. The flavor brings a nice balance of woodsy hops, very earthy and crisp. Mostly a pleasantly mild measure of malts. Some hints of smoke but reiterating toffee, coco, and a hint of chicory. The palate had a bit of texture, finish was dry and ashy.
