I would have to say that this is my favorite from Boulder Beer. It has the most floral taste and widest palate of any that I have tasted. Head is on the thinner side, and pure white. Carbonation is good. Unfiltered beer. Orange peel and slight apricot dominate the smell of this one. Great beer but overall slightly thin on the bouquet. emacgee (1881), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 29, 2008 Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with a one finer creamy offwhite head. The nose is citrusy, fresh pungent, earhty hops, malty background. The flavor has a mild earhty bitterness, herbal hops, mild diacteyl, earthy malt character. The palate has a nice mild bitterness with a good balancing sweetness. durhambeer (1214), Durham, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 25, 2008 Bottle from Sams. I seem to rate right behind Jamie these days. Deep golden hazy pour with quickly diminishing white head. Slightly overcarbonated body. Biscuity malt and mild grassy hops on the nose with a touch of stronger resiny hops behind it. Also, a fruitiness that makes me think of grape juice. A bit sweet overall, but very drinkable and quite pleasant. Highly sessionable. Magjayran (1379), Durham, North Carolina, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 25, 2008 This would be a straight forward english ale if it was not for the hint of citrus and slightly stronger alcohol presence. Amber, thin head. Grass, caramel, and citrus. Malty up front, hoppy at the back. Works better when drinking absent mindedly at a party than it does when you try and analyze it too much. Sessionable in an American way. ucusty (1887), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 19, 2008 Bottle. Pretty meh overall. Does stay true to the style though--very English in malt and hop characteristics. Very grassy overall, maybe a bit too much. Beardface (1001), Eugene, Oregon, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 16, 2008 Pours orange with a fluffy white head. This is a very dry ale, typical of the style but with a very solid bitter hop flavor on the back nine. Nice piney smell as well and some decent malt flavor as well. I liked this one a lot more than I thought I would.
