| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 15, 2005 Bottle. Medium amber color, crystal clear, rocky off white head. Moderate strength aroma, caramelly malt, light herbal hops. Nicely balanced flavor starts out earthy with sweet undertones fading in to a pleasantly bitter finish. Medium bodied. Decent beer but there are a million just like this one. Tmoney99 (4781), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

Poured a hazy copper color with a small rocky head that diminished quickly but did produce good lacing. Good sweet balanced aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture. Very refreshing full flavor with a moderate bitter sweet finish of moderate duration. Dorwart (1828), Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 25, 2005 Decent sized head of off-white bubbles. Sticky on top and leaves a stickly lacing on the inside of the glass. Minimal carbonation. Malty aroma with a bit of spices. Slightly sweet with a little bit of floral hops. Color ia a dark amber. Soft and thicker than expected in the mouth. Bready malts with a little more sweetness. Little hops presence at the finish. A very good amber ale that has lots of high points. Thanks to Matta for this one. SpudClampDawg (1027), Jasper, Indiana, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 13, 2005 Pleasant nutty aroma is blemished by an ’off’ sour note that I can’t quite put my finger on. The dry hopping adds an interesting dimension to the sweet, caramel malt body. Some nice yeasty fruitiness as well. Quite quaffable, would make a good backporch session brew. bigrond (1055), factoryville, Pennsylvania, USA

Cloudy orange red color with particles floating within. Lacing is good. Taste is bready with sweet caramel tones. Almost a peppery finish. I like the malty flavor, and the hoppy finish. Pretty decent. ChrisPants (317), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA
