Draft at the Peculiar Pub. Hazy amber pour with a thin white head. Big earthy citrus aroma. Nice spicy citrus malt taste with a slightly thin body. Enjoyable.

Solid amber brew, slightly cloudy, minimal head subsides rapidly leave heavy lacing. Nice citrusy zest aroma, a bit grassy sweet. Flavor is bitter grapefruit, wet. Not the delicious red grapefruit, just good ole juicy citrus. Refreshing.

I found this rather strange. Good nose, appropriate color, but, something wasn’t there. I think it may have been the lack of back up finish, but I am not sure.

12 oz bottle. Big citrusy and piney hop aroma. Clear amber golden with large rocky off white head. Sweet pale and carmel malt backbone with ample citrusy piney hop flavor. Finish is moderately sweet with a bunch of residual hop bitterness.

V - cloudy dark orange with an enthusiastic head that leaves a clingy lace behind A - pine, juniper and some more pine. Some alcohol and gin like qualities as well. T - surprisingly mild hop taste, there’s actually not much ere. I know it’s not an IPA, but you cannot help but expect it to be after the aroma. As a pale ale, it’s solid enough. P - After taste is a little unappealing with watery elements that just lack a beer quality.

The aroma was nice and hoppy but the flavor was somewhat lacking. I was expecting an IPA level of hops and was disappointed with the results. It also had a watery texture that was hard to get past. Not bad, but certainly not a beer I will seek out again.
