Jan 22, 2008 12 ounce bottle in pint glass. Hazy caramel color with lasting tan head and lace. Lemony fresh hop aroma. Very nutty flavor with medium citrus hop finish. Medium-light body and medium carbo. Pretty good, but very nutty, probably because it is unfiiltered.

Jan 18, 2008 Bottled. Hazy brown and orange colour with a thin white film on top and medium lacing. Aroma of pine resin and grapefruit. Flavour is mild hops and a nice balance between sweet and bitter. Maybe a little thin but nice and drinkable.

Jan 18, 2008 Bottle. Amber pour with a nice fluffy white head. Hoppy aroma along with some citrus and pine. Really nice lacing. Flavor of sweet citrus with a nice hop bit. Good APA. Nothing overally great but a good beer to have in the fridge. I myself don’t see the unflitered ’hazed’ apperance but the beer looks, smells and tastes good.

Jan 15, 2008 Draft. Pours light amber with nice hues of orange. Dense rocky head with great lacing. Big aroma of grapefruit, with notes of honeysuckle. The taste is balanced between fruit and light caramel malts. The finish is very nice with bitterness quickly fading. A very pleasant pale ale that goes down super easy.

Jan 15, 2008 Amber with decent white head and decent retention. Some lumps of sediment pour out at the end. Great perfumey hop aroma with citrus. Faint aroma and taste of only enough caramel/bready malt to balance. Does not suffer for its lack of malt or body. Finish is bitter but very clean. Lively mouthfeel. Great session beer.

Jan 13, 2008 seemed to have a strong IPA character, good hops, nice hoppy aroma. smooth going down, the dry hopping seems to have given it a nice raw hop flavor.
