Dec 24, 2007 bottle poured a caramel amber with a good thick white one finger white head on the pour and a thick layer that stayed through the whole glass coating it on the way down. aroma of dry hops, sweet fruit, caramel malt, and floral fresh hop. taste is medium mouth feel, smooth on the tongue with a high carbination level, sweet fruit hop, good malt hop balance, more dry than many with a complementing sweetness. finish with hops, light peppery bite, some hanging bitter, but really a nice one leaving me wanting another. one of the Christmas eve beers.. :)

Dec 9, 2007 Bottled. Pours cloudy amber, light tan head. Nose is floral, hoppy, citrus. Flavor is citrusy with a nicely balanced, hoppy finish.

Dec 6, 2007 Bottle. Appearance: Hazy amber with and think and long lasting off white head. Aroma: Awesome! Strong hoppy smell with some lighter floral and fruity smell as well. Palate: Medium, feels good in the mouth, nothing incredible. Flavor: Strong hops, though not as strong as I thought it would be based on the smell. Little bits of citrus, maybe some other fruits, yet not so much that it interferes with the hops. Overall: A very well balanced beer. The hops are not overpowering, and the other flavors compliment the hops very nicely. Very easy to drink. Definitely an enjoyable beer.

Dec 4, 2007 pour is a orangish-amber, with a egg-shell head, very nice lacing.
smell is hops, grapefruit, orange, some floral.
taste is touch of grapefruit, fizzy on the tongue, nice hop kick, lemon, ends on the dry side and nicely bitter.

Nov 30, 2007 Let me start by mentioning I have a cold...so aroma and flavor were lacking, to me! However, there were no off tastes, and is was very smooth. A good tasty carbonated "bite" and a nice coppery color with a tiny head...I hope there’s some left tomorrow when I also hope my cold has subsided....this appears to be a tasty little number, which surprised me...
