Jun 13, 2007 12 oz. bottle. Amber pour with thick, medium/sticky lasting head. Strong sour/grass aroma (very poor). Balanced flavors, but I cannot get past the poor aroma. I hope this is a bad bottle, will rate again.

Jun 10, 2007 Updated: Oct 1, 2007Bottle. Pours hazy dark yellow. Very nice to look at. 1 inch of soapy head. Smells strongly of citrus and pine. Very appealing. Taste is well balanced some citrus and a bit of sweetness balanced well by a hoppy bite at the end. Very good beer.

Jun 8, 2007 Fragrant grapefruit and pine needle aroma, smidgets of caramel,chill hazed with impressive head, taste is somewhat watery, undercarbonated, malts dont come through at all, I’m simply tasting bitter hop resin juice, I would almost say this is defective, if it wasn’t for that stunning aroma , to much dry hop,not enough of everything else

Jun 7, 2007 Appearance: Pours a cloudy amber body filled with scattered particles and topped with big, fluffy white head.
Smell: Booming, resiny aroma of pine-infused potpourri and dried citrus fruits with just a very slight amount of caramel hiding under all those hops.
Taste: Citrus flavors build atop the assertive hop bitterness and earthy undertones. Minimal toasted caramel malt flavor is thoroughly crushed by the hops and the long chalky, bitter finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body with a high level of fine carbonation.
Drinkability: While I guess I can’t fault this beer too much for trying to go "LOOK! L@@K at ME!!" I have to acknowledge the big blank spot when it comes to any malt to balance out the hops.

Jun 6, 2007 An OK pale. Pine aroma. The bottle I had seemed slightly flat. Not particularly hoppy, and what I did taste in hops lacked a bit of the bitterness that I enjoy.
The beer is drinkable, I am sure I will take care of the six-pack. But there are many pale ales that I prefer over this one.

Jun 6, 2007 Rated 4/10/07: The dry hopping was easily noticed in the wonderful flowery aroma. Cloudy copper pour with a 1" thick off white head and fluffy lacing. Mouthfeel was standard, easy finish. Nice flavor of light caramel malt and pine with a burst of orange and lemon flavors. Low bitterness is appealing as the hops are abundant in the nose and initial taste only. Well done, this is a keeper.

Jun 5, 2007 Bottled. Hazy pale golden coloured with a medium sized off-white head. Nice and refreshing with notes of malt, hops, pines, citrus and flowers.
