May 23, 2007 Pours a slightly hazy amber with a fine off white head. Faint aroma of grapefruit and malt. Medium light texture and average carbonation. Initial flavor of caramel that is offset by a solid hop bitterness, with some pine and citrus notes. Pronounced dry hop hop finish. If you like dry hopped ales, or beers through the randall, this is worth a try. This was decent, but not something I will go out of my way to drink again.

I prefer a little more residual sweetness in the mix.

May 18, 2007 Pours a caramel amber, with a small, fizzy, white head. Smells of grapefruit and hops, which is all I can really pick up. Maybe just a touch of caramel, but barely. Taste has some grapefruit, but also big piney hops really present themselves well, especially in the finish. Another good session brew, thats big on the hops.

May 15, 2007 Great concoction and available nationally now. Give this stuff a try. Pours a perfect head and is perfect for a hot day.

May 14, 2007 bomber. pours cloudy red and a frothy head. aromas of thick pine bark and mild flora. the taste has a bit of a kick right off hand, with a shot of bitterness out in the forefront, but dissipates through to the finish. also, there’s a little black pepper on the tail end. makes for a unique character of an ale. i enjoy(ed) it
