I’m into dry beers lately, and while the malts in this do sweeten it on the back, it blends well with the Amarillo hops. I think I got a super-fresh tap, and it was well worth it. Lots and lots of citrus in this baby. I like that. Not outstanding, but I’ve been less and less interested in over-the-top beers lately, so this was a nice addition to my tab.
