Commercial Description:
Mo-Jo: 1: A magic spell or charm; magical power; 2. Herbaceous ale that summons hop attacks.

Pale in color but packed with flavor, MoJo reflects the perfect balance of hop bitterness and malt character. The unique Amarillo hop adds a slight citrus flavor to an ultra-crisp dry finish.

Bottled at Old Chicago at Omaha, NE(maple st.). Nice orange color with a nice head. Aaroma is citrus, malty, hopy and some sweet. The falvor start sweety and get bitter a lot, or you love it or you hate it. In my case, I love it. Mouthfeel is pour bitterness.. If you are looking for a bitter beer on a IPA style, that is the one you need.

Draught @ the Flying Sacuer, Nashville. This is a decent IPA. I had only a sample, so the color was a bit elusive, but the nose is pretty good, some grassy notes. Fine, thick body. Malt backbone stands up nicely. Can’t find really anything bad to say about this beer.

Pours a light oragne color with no real head to speak of. Aromas of citrus, poine, and some malt. Flavor has an initial hop bite on the front and slight malt finish. Juicy and smooth.

A true IPA. Nose is average, color similar, bitterness typical, finish appropriate. This is a quite good IPA with many similar companions.

Soft white head that diminishes rather quickly, but this one is a hop lovers dream. A nice bouquet of hops on the nose and this one is all hops no doubt. a healthy dose of sorghum like sweetness in the middle ties everything together and of course the bitterness at the end ties everything together.
