Nice balanced taste of fruity hops. Blake tells me he bought it about 4-5 months ago, and its good now, I’d imagine it was great fresh. MIBRomeo (1965), Wisconsin, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 30, 2007 lightly glowing off copper color w/ visable carbonation and a small white head w/ some sticky lacing. Big hoppy citrus and carmel aroma smells delicious some light passion fruit aromas and a tiny touch of grahm crackers. Palate is fairly average. Flavor is well blended fairly light compared to the aroma. A good amount of citrus hops and some fruity notes like berries w/ a decent amount of carmel to it. Finishes w/ a piney bitterness. Quite nice. freekyp (900), Thomasville, North Carolina, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 24, 2007 Pours a deep golden amber with a tremendous rocky off-white head. Lacing is ample and sticky. Slightly sweet with a resonant hop kick, the aroma is citric with a berry-like overtone. Not bashful, Mojo spreads its vibe on thick, ending with a long, but not harshly bitter aftertaste. Although vertainly a hop-forward beer, the malt character is present and well blended. slimchill (780), Austin, Texas, USA

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 13, 2007 Pours a nearly clear amber. About an inch of foam, spotty lacing. Citrus hops in the aroma.
I really like the way that this beer blends. The malt is has some caramel and honey sweetness and it is exceptionally smooth. I can’t call the hops citrus. Neither can I call them floral. Again, I think it is wonderful blend. Very good balance between malt and hops. Both are prominent and tasty. Both hit you up front, in the middle, and in the finish. Medium-full mouthfeel, wonderfully carbonated. OldMrCrow (1191), Seattle, Washington, USA

Pours light orange with a lovely white head and rich lacing. Outrageous pine-forest aroma with warm nectarine coming up underneath. The flavor is straightforward, the malts while slightly sweet and grainy never muster much of a complexity or richness, and the hops are threatening all the the while to turn the flavor into the sort of soapy aftertaste that comes with most of Fish Brewing’s offerings. Fortunately that level of detergent never surfaces. Nonetheless, the finish is quite "off" to my taste and I’m left with an IPA that doesn’t measure up to my favorites of the style. raymow (738), Bensalem, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jan 2, 2007 A bit overly hoppy for my taste (but right in line with most of today’s super-hoppy IPA’s). I didn’t like it at all at first but as it warmed a bit it got better.
