Dec 26, 2009 This is actually a very very good IPA. Nice and bitter and also has a nice alcohol content to go along with all that. Very enjoyable.

Thin, thin lacy white head.No sediment.Clear fizzy bright rich gold orange hint color.Rich floral Amarillo hop aroma front.Malty earthy mild crusty sweet pale caramel mild grapefruit cloying British hint body.Earthy hop spice clean crisp mild citrus end. 4.1 / 5.0

Dec 23, 2009 Pours hazy orange with a white head, hoppy nose with a biscuity malt aroma. Hops up front are piny and resin, biscuity/light malt with a nice hop bitterness. Overall a decent IPA!

Dec 15, 2009 Bomber. light orange clear with little haze. Aroma is light citrus and heavier grass with hint of sweet fruit. Light dryness the whole way through makes for a great brew with a clean mouthful, soft up front; also of grass but now lighter caramel and resin creating a tinge, biting finish. Gotta love the locals.

Dec 10, 2009 This was purchased at Total Wine in Richmond. The clear golden ale is a wonderful IPA. The citrus aroma was evident just after pouring the beer. This balanced hoppy ale is a medium bodied ale. The finish was smooth just the right bitterness. This is my second Boulder Beer Company and I will look for more.

Dec 9, 2009 nice ipa, finish is a little too overbearing with grapefruit but a nice drinkable ipa with the right balance of floral aroma and just a little malt sweetness, funny, all i could think about when drinking this was it was midway between an east coast and west coast ipa in flavor.
