more resiny and less fruity than both Hazed & Infused and Bell’s Two-Hearted Ale. potbeercollege (429), Boulder, Colorado, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 15, 2009 Bomber. light orange clear with little haze. Aroma is light citrus and heavier grass with hint of sweet fruit. Light dryness the whole way through makes for a great brew with a clean mouthful, soft up front; also of grass but now lighter caramel and resin creating a tinge, biting finish. Gotta love the locals. Foxbush (466), Richmond, Virginia, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Dec 10, 2009 This was purchased at Total Wine in Richmond. The clear golden ale is a wonderful IPA. The citrus aroma was evident just after pouring the beer. This balanced hoppy ale is a medium bodied ale. The finish was smooth just the right bitterness. This is my second Boulder Beer Company and I will look for more. beerfest5 (200), Simsbury, Connecticut, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 9, 2009 nice ipa, finish is a little too overbearing with grapefruit but a nice drinkable ipa with the right balance of floral aroma and just a little malt sweetness, funny, all i could think about when drinking this was it was midway between an east coast and west coast ipa in flavor. bpreo (23), Colorado, USA
